Everything you need to get set up and start receiving the right tender alerts.
Creating an account and choosing a plan
Click Start Free on the homepage, enter your work email and a password (minimum 8 characters), and you're in, no credit card required. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time from your dashboard's Account Setting page.
Yes, click Sign in with Google or Sign in with Facebook on the login/register screen. We only receive your verified email and name, nothing else, and you won't need to set a separate password.
Yes. After registering you'll see a "Verify your email" banner at the top of your dashboard with a Resend email button if you need a new link. Unverified accounts may miss alerts, so verify as soon as you can.
Start on Free to try the product with 5 category channels and a daily digest email. Upgrade to Starter for instant alerts and more channels, Pro for Telegram/WhatsApp delivery and Awards Intelligence (see who won a contract and for how much), or Business for CSV export and Slack/Teams webhooks. Full comparison on the pricing page.
The Channels tab under Alert → Config in your dashboard
Go to Alert → Config → Channels. Search or browse the sector list and tick the GeBIZ categories relevant to your business (e.g. "IT Services & Software Development", "Cleaning Services"). You'll only be alerted for tenders published in your selected categories.
Category limits by plan: Free: 5 categories, Starter: 20 categories, Pro/Business: all 95 categories.
Category subscriptions (above) alert you to tenders in the sectors you work in, regardless of which government agency publishes them. Subscribed Agencies (also in the Channels tab, Starter plan and above) work the other way round, pick a specific agency (e.g. HDB) and you'll be alerted on every new tender from that agency, no matter which category it falls under. The two combine: a tender matching either your categories or your subscribed agencies will alert you.
Agency subscription limits: Starter: 20 agencies, Pro/Business: unlimited. Not available on the Free plan.
Yes, on Starter plan and above, though there's no manual keyword field to type into. Instead, fill in your Company Profile (the services you offer and the GeBIZ categories you operate in) and click ✨ Apply Suggestions to Alert Config. We'll suggest matching keywords and agencies as chips, which get added to your alert config for you to review and save, a tender must then match your selected categories or agencies and that keyword/agency refinement (if any) before you're alerted.
You won't receive any alerts. This is deliberate, an empty selection means "nothing yet," not "everything," so you never get flooded with irrelevant tenders while you're still setting up. Pick at least one category or agency to start receiving alerts.
The Notification Delivery tab under Alert → Config
Email is on by default for every plan, no setup needed. Just make sure your Alert Channels are configured and your email is verified.
Telegram alerts require Pro plan or above. In Notification Delivery, click the Telegram channel button, then Open Telegram to Link Account: this deep-links you to our bot; send /start and it links automatically. If the deep link doesn't work, you can enter your Chat ID manually (find it by messaging @userinfobot).
WhatsApp alerts also require Pro plan or above. Click the WhatsApp channel button, enter your number with country code (e.g. +6591234567), click Save, then Send Test to confirm delivery.
Webhooks require Business plan. Go to API & Webhook → Webhook Notifications, paste your Slack or Teams webhook URL, choose the matching Message Format (Raw JSON, Slack Block Kit, or Microsoft Teams MessageCard), and save. Matching tenders will be posted to that channel automatically.
Choose a frequency in Notification Delivery: Real-time (immediately as tenders are published), Business Hours (batched at 9am/1pm/5pm SGT on weekdays), Daily Digest (one email each morning), or Weekly Digest (every Monday). The Free plan is designed around the daily digest as its default delivery rhythm; you can select any of the four frequencies from this screen.
Managing tenders you're actively pursuing
Bid Tracker is your personal pipeline for tenders you're actively pursuing, separate from the alerts you receive. It's available on every plan and lets you track a tender's status from first noticing it through to winning or losing the bid.
From the main Dashboard tenders list, click the small tracker icon on any tender row to open the Add to Bid Tracker modal. Choose a starting status (Watching, Bidding, or Submitted), optionally add a note, then click Add to save it to your Bid Tracker.
Change a tender's status at any time from the Bid Tracker table or calendar view.
Yes, each tracked tender has a notes field in the Bid Tracker table, useful for jotting down submission deadlines, internal contacts, or anything else specific to that bid. Bid Tracker also has a calendar view, so you can see deadlines for everything you're tracking at a glance.
